Polar Bear Mittens

Knit these adorable mittens for a little one in your life!

Use worsted weight yarn to knit a simple pair of mittens with cute polar bear details.

Techniques you need to know to knit this pattern include the knit stitch, purl stitch make 1 left and right (m1L, m1R) and how to slip, slip knit (ssk).

WHAT YOU'LL NEED...

1. Yarn: Lion Brand Feels Like Butta, (Worsted Weight #4), 1 skein white, black scrap yarn for face
2. Needles: US sizes 8 (5.0 mm) DPNs, US sizes 6 (4.0 mm) DPNs
3. Notions: Tapestry needle, waste yarn or stitch holder, marker (optional)

Fits 6-12 months with hand circumference of 6.5".
